Jane specialises in working with client’s who have experienced difficult times in their lives who present with disordered eating, problematic substance use, depression and anxiety and relationship issues.

Jane enjoys working with complexity and diversity. She specialises in presentations of:

• trauma 

• eating disorders,

• perfectionism,

• exessive worrying,

• depression,

• relationship issues including parenting

• problematic substance use

Jane is trained in a wide variety of counselling methodologies and has an overall focus on assisting with reduction of symptoms alongside healing of trauma where needed.
